Hunters are required to obtain license through the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Contact them at http://www.dnr.state.il.us
License for Non-Resident Whitetail Archery Permits can be applied for beginning June 1st and ending June 30th.
License for Non-Resident Whitetail Gun Permits will be available mid July and must be turned in by Mid August.
